A Bit More About Me

I believe deeply in the resilience of the human spirit—the capacity we all possess to heal, adapt, and grow, even through life's most difficult experiences. My role is not to "fix" people, but to provide a safe, collaborative, and compassionate space where healing becomes possible and lasting change can take root.

My professional experience spans the continuum of mental health care. Throughout my career, I have worked in community mental health, inpatient psychiatric treatment, psychiatric research, and private practice, providing care to individuals and families facing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and psychiatric challenges. These experiences have strengthened my ability to provide thoughtful, evidence-based treatment while recognizing that every person is far more than a diagnosis.

As a bilingual therapist, I have had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. I understand that culture, family dynamics, life experiences, and personal values all influence how we cope, heal, and connect with others. I strive to create a culturally responsive, inclusive, and judgment-free environment where you feel genuinely understood and respected.
